Submit Change Request

https://open.fusionconnectgroup.com/openapi/v1/flink//flight/change/apply

Call Flink flink.flight.change.apply through Open Platform unified authentication.

Do not pass supplier-side appid, timestamp, or sign request headers; the platform runtime generates them from the application-supplier mapping.

The platform forwards the request to the supplier path /api/v2/{lang}/flight/change/apply.
