Overview
Request cancellation for an eligible G-Link hotel order.
When to use
- A traveler actively cancels an order.
- A locally unpaid order reaches its cancellation timeout.
What you get
- Cancellation result or a cancellation-in-progress outcome, subject to the applicable policy.
Integration notes
Send the order identifiers and a cancellation reason when one should be recorded. Update the local order only after G-Link confirms the result. When cancellation succeeds, stop polling; if a final result is missing, use Query order details as a controlled compensation path.
