查询酒店基础信息

接口描述
接口调用方：合作商
接口返回方：FCG
接口频次限制：100次/分钟
使用说明：
1）调用接口时，每次传递的酒店最多 10 个；如果传的酒店总数大于 10 个，则全部不处理，直接返回查询失败及失败原因；
2）酒店政策、重要通知、评分、资质等，请求时需输入对应的参数方可获取，请按需请求；
